The Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine, "white made of black", is made of biodynamicly cultivated Pinot Noir by the classic method. Tomac Winery managed to avoid all the potential shortcomings of natural wine production and produced technically pure and, above all, extremely elegant sparkling wine.
This sparkling is a display of excellent balance of rich, full body and structure on one hand and creaminess, elegance and sophistication on the other. Small, long-lasting pearls, mature wine aromas on the nose, and intense as well as rounded taste affect the vibrancy and deliciousness of this sparkling wine, one of the best made by local winemakers.
