Excellent sparkling wine made from 80% chardonnay and 20% plavac žuti. It was aged on yeasts for almost 4 years. From the restricted area of the “diplomatic” vineyard where diplomatic harvests take place. Aromas of bread crust, brioche and butter. In the mouth it is full, rich and complex, with a full body. Extremely harmonious, long aftertaste and harmonious sparkling. Annual production of about 4,000 bottles.
