Top quality extra virgin olive oil was produced by Bàstian. Olives from the fertile Istrian white soil gave the oil harmonious bitterness and fruitiness, as well as pronounced spiciness. The smell is reminiscent of the smell of freshly cut grass, almond fruit and olive leaf. The taste is harmonious, pleasant and rounded.
