A very interesting sparkling wine produced using the Charmat method. Fresh and enjoyable with pronounced fruitiness and elegance. It is light yellow in color with fragrant aromas of lemon, lime and green apple. Freshness with aromas of pear and peach dominate in the mouth followed by pronounced citrus finish.
