Rossi Epulon is a bitter liquer that pays tribute to the Istrian king Epulon who fought against the mighty Roman Empire. Its elegance is characterized by the interweaving of bitterness and sweetness. The bitterness, primarily from the wormwood, is balanced with citrus notes, spicy notes of anise and sweet notes of caramel and vanilla. On the palate in addition to the bitterness of wormwood, citrus notes can be felt as well, together with notes of anise, caramel and vanilla. The finish is long and bitter-sweet.
