Rossi Biska is a traditional Istrian brandy produced by quadruple re-distillation of grappa from Istrian Malvasia, and then refined by maceration of mistletoe leaves. It is clear and dense, dark brown in color. On the nose, honey notes dominate in combination with sour cherry in chocolate, and spicy and grassy notes. On the palate it is sweet, elegant and full of flavor.
