Rossi Travarica is a traditionally produced Istrian grappa. Its base is grappa from Malvasia Istriana, which has been four times redistilled, which is then enriched with a maceration of fifteen types of Mediterranean aromatic herbs. It is barrel-aged in barrique barrels for six months. Golden yellow in color, with aromas of walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds with a touch of sage. The finish is intense and long with some bitter notes.
