A vintage sparkling wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. It is made by traditional method, and after the second fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for 24 months, which gives it an additional layering and fullness. Straw yellow in color, it is full of fruity aromas of peaches and pears in combination with citrus notes. Later are developed nut aromas, mostly hazelnut, followed by notes of yeast and brioche. It is vibrant and elegant on the palate with fine and plentiful bubbles.
