Abbona Papa Celso
Lively ruby red color. Intense aromas of blackberry, very fruity scent with a hint of earthy notes. Medium-bodied wine on the palate, with strong tannins. A harmonious finish. Wholesome and exciting. The wine was made from the Dolcetto vines of over 60 years of age, but it is completely dry. Do not be fooled by the name. It is dedicated to father Celso Abbona who planted each vine in the Doriolo vineyard. The entire batch goes through malolactic fermentation (MLF).
