Abbona Pressenda Barolo
The wine was made from the characteristic nebbiolo variety from selected vineyards overlooking the Serralunga Castle. It was aged for 3 years in French oak barrels, and then another 6 months in the bottle. It has typical fruit aroma. The flavors of mint, violet, white pepper, and tertiary aromas gradually develop. A wine with pronounced tannins which soften nicely with maturation; it is complex and elegant.
