Clase Azul Tequila Blanco Ahumado is an unaged tequila made entirely from blue Weber agave native to Los Altos de Jalisco. Agaves are slow-cooked in an oven with ancestral origin, a pit dug in the ground and carefully lined with firewood followed by volcanic rocks, which gives it a light smoky note, followed by a double distillation in copper pot stills. Crystal clear in color with aromas of smoked agave, fresh plums, grapefruit, and red apples. The palate is dominated by notes of smoked agave and fresh lemon. The finish is elegant and mineral, with smoky undertones.
