Sylvmann Vermouth WerSant

WerSant is a vermouth entirely its own,  positioned in colour somewhere between red and white, yet defined by a personality that defies both. Its story begins with wine, shaped by a very specific and deliberate winemaking choice. As with every great vermouth, the base is essential. Silvio starts from his own macerated wines, deep golden-yellow to amber in hue, obtained through long skin contact with the native Rebula grape. The wines are aged exclusively in amphorae, preserving the purity of fruit, texture, and the authentic expression of the terroir. This rich wine structure is complemented by a carefully selected blend of 17 botanicals: wormwood, Mediterranean herbs such as sage and rosemary, spices like cardamom and clove, the bitter notes of gentian and dandelion, and the vibrant freshness of bitter orange. The result is a vermouth of pronounced aromatics, layered flavour and refined bitterness — warm, herbal and amber, with a character that transcends classic styles.
