Sparkling wine made in accordance with the respected recipe for Prosecco, the famous house of Villa Sandi, but from varieties that the appeal does not allow in Prosecco wines. This is how one exception and rarity was created - Pinot Gris sparkling wine in the Prosecco style. The wine is fresh and pleasant and shows a slightly more mature aroma compared to Prosecco. Ripe apples, quinces, acacia flowers, ripe lemon, etc. Very pleasant in the mouth, fine pearls, soft foam and well-balanced acids and fruit sugars.
