Fiorini
The history of the Fiorini family as a producer of balsamic vinegar begins more than a century ago, in 1919.
The great-grandfather of the Fiorini family, Antonio, used grapes that he was using for wine production started the production of vinegar, as was the tradition in families all over Modena. Over the years, as the family grew, so did the dedication to the production of balsamic vinegar. Today, the fifth generation of the family runs Acetaia, a real vinegar cellar, with a wide range of high-quality products.
The cellar is equipped small, barrique and large barrels in which the vinegar matures from two months to several years.
The Fiorini family, strengthened by professionals, in the production of balsamic vinegar and business in general, in their everyday work is guided by passion, respect for tradition and care for the environment. Their products are the result of experience and daily research, tradition and innovation. Their product offer ranges from basic vinegars, to special balsamic vinegars such as barriqued, aged, monovarietal, and various aceto creams often used in cooking.
