Coronica CO2 Sparkling wine

A very imaginative name that combines the winery logo with the formula behind the bubbles in the champagne. CO2 is made from Istrian Malvasia and has been aged on yeast for quite a long time, about 40 months. It is still light and has good acids, aging has not made it too heavy, too complex. Great choice for summer, for long night parties where you can find some food that sparkling wine will easily accompany. It has light fruity aromas of apples and peaches with a slight note of pear and restrained florality.
