Coronica Ottaviano

Ottaviano wine is dedicated to the father of winemaker Moreno Coronica, Mr. Ottaviano Coronica. The harvest is 2020, the year in which Mr. Ottaviano "went to eternal vineyards after 92 years of earthly life". Wine is the result of tradition, generational knowledge and experience combined with the application of modern technologies. It is imbued with emotions and memories, but with a firm view of the future.

With all its characteristics, it tells the story of a rich life, not only of one man, but of the whole family, the whole nation, about their work, sacrifice, strength, wisdom, and most importantly - love.

Vinification was done in stainless steel using yeasts isolated exclusively from the family's own old vines. The wine is deep golden yellow in color but very lively. On the nose it is ripe, it smells of dry yellow flowers and ripe white and yellow fruits like peach and pear, and there are hints of spices. In the mouth it is dry, extremely mineral, with a full, harmonious and long-lasting taste with a pleasant bitterness at the end. An elegant and balanced wine is an ideal combination of freshness and maturity, just like tradition and innovation in the production process itself.

The wine is more than ready for consumption, and we believe that it will mature even more after some time. In addition to good food, we recommend it with good company, for pleasant moments and enjoyment.
