Graševina KAST is a dry white wine, medium to full bodied. It is an exceptionally fresh wine with pronounced fruity aromas. The grapes were picked by hand, and the berries were then carefully selected and macerated for 6-8 hours. The wine was aged for 6 months on fine lees in 4 different materials. Half was aged in stainless steel barrels, and the other half in concrete eggs, ceramic amphorae and wooden barrels.
