Peach, quince, some butter, and a little salt. Aging in wood is reflected in the vanilla tones, leaving plenty of room for the slightly macerated product to breathe. An elegant whole, a blend of welschriesling, chardonnay and sauvignon. Macerated, but not to the extent that it changed color but only to produce a rich extract. Plenty of character that is revealed at the right temperature, after some time in the glass.
