600campi non-alcoholic sparkling wine blanc de blancs is made from 100% Glera variety. After the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, follows the dealcoholization by membrane separation process. Afterwards the CO2 is added and the wine is bottled. Pale straw yellow in color, the nose reveals light fruit aromas of apple, followed by delicate notes of white flowers. A pleasant freshness is well-balanced with fruitiness.
