Dobravac Simfonija is an aged Malvazija with 20% of Chardonnay. After 30 days of maceration, the wine is aged in wooden barrels for four years, followed by one more year in stainless steel tanks. Deep golden color, almost amber. On the nose are felt notes of toasted bread in combination with aromas of oranges and honey. Later, develop spicy aromas of nutmeg and cinnamon, followed by notes of smoke, dried apricots and melon. Silky wine with a pleasant freshness. Full-bodied, with intense flavor and a long-lasting aftertaste with notes of vanilla. Due to its complexity, it is recommended to serve it in a bigger glass.
