Zure Grk is a wine made from the indigenous Croatian grape variety Grk, which is grown exclusively in Lumbarda on the island of Korčula. This variety produces wines known for their unique minerality and freshness, and Zure Grk is no exception. The grapes are hand-harvested and selectively chosen, and after fermentation, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and distinctive characteristics of the variety. The wine has a golden-yellow color that reflects its elegance. On the nose, aromas of citrus, lemon, and green apples dominate, along with subtle herbal notes and a delicate minerality typical of the Lumbarda terroir. On the palate, it is fresh, crispy, and lively, with pronounced citrus fruit aromas and gentle hints of honey. A medium body, lightly creamy, while the finish leaves a pleasant, long-lasting, and mineral impression.
