Puhelek Rosé comes from the Zelina winegrowing region, northeast of Zagreb. The wine is made from Pinot Noir, with which the Puhelek Purek winery joins the rare Croatian examples of rosé crafted from this demanding variety. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel, preserving the characteristic varietal fruit and floral components. The color is a delicate, pale pink, very light and elegant. Its aromatic profile is dominated by notes of strawberry, raspberry, rose petals, and subtle citrus. On the palate, the wine is dry and lively, with pronounced freshness and a light texture. The finish is clean, fresh, and pleasantly fruity.
