Delicate and elegant, this pinot noir was obtained by light extraction -soft pressing, while 15% of the wine spent time in large wooden barrels. The tannins are quite mild in structure, and the aromas are reminiscent of jam-like red fruit with fresh berries. There is a nutty note behind the fruit aromas that successfully completes the image.
