Delicate and elegant, this Pinot Noir is produced through gentle extraction — soft pressing — with a small portion of the wine (15%) aged in large wooden barrels. The grapes come from vineyards situated at 150 meters above sea level, on clay and limestone soils. On the nose, it’s rich and intense, dominated by aromas of black cherries, jam, and toasted hazelnuts. The palate shows soft, smooth tannins and a pleasant freshness. The finish brings back notes of roasted nuts.
