This sparkling white wine, with a protected designation of origin from Croatian Istria, is produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. 100% Chardonnay gives this sparkling wine exceptional freshness, highlighting citrus notes of grapefruit and green apple, with subtle hints of honey and almonds that contribute to its creamy texture and elegant structure. The base wine ferments in stainless steel, blended with reserve wines from 1000L oak barrels and stainless steel. This is followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle, with aging for at least 24 months.
