Aromas of fresh, red, berry fruit. Gentle and smooth, it leaves a slightly creamy feel in the mouth. A bit of pinot noir is added to this rosé, and the rest is glera. This blending of grapes provides aromas of stone fruits, apples, raspberries and strawberries. An astounding fact is that an old Prosecco from Villa Sandi cannot be found. The must is preserved by fast-freezing, and the fermentation starts only when the customers need this wine. The is no wine in stock. This rosé was obtained by adding the pinot noir red wine.
