This wine is one of the most popular local sparkling wines. It was produced using the traditional method, while the label "nature" means that no liqueur d'expĂ©dition has been added. The sparkling wine was made from pinot noir and chardonnay fermented in a large wooden barrel. After the second fermentation, it has spent three years on yeasts, the standard champagne requirement. The cool climate of Mount PljeĹˇivica provides enough freshness, while the long contact with the fine lees adds intoxicating complexity to this sparkling wine.
