Sauvignon Blanc that fully represents the atypical terroir from the single vineyard Kamenice, characterized by its lime soil, gives this wine next-level minerality.
After the selection and sorting of the grapes, there is a gentle pressing and short maceration for 1-2 days. Fermentation takes place in barriques and large wooden barrels with natural yeasts, after which the wine matures for 12 months on fine lees in large oak barrels from 1935. The wine is then bottled without filtration.
Medium yellow color with green reflections. The nose is dominated by vegetative notes of nettle, asparagus, peas, elderberry and some smoke, while on the palate there are fresh flavors of citrus, peach and passion fruit. The finish is long-lasting and rich with fruit aromas and pronounced minerality.
Drink now or in the next 10 years.
