Cello sparkling wine was obtained from Plavac mali from the Postup and Dingač locations. It is aged for 24 months on yeast. At first, aromas of red berries appear with some herbal notes. The sparkling wine has a good freshness, a full body and a nice taste. Silky in the mouth with a fruity, slightly bitter finish.
