Rock Angel is a refined dry rosé made from Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino, and partially barrel fermented in large oak barrels. Made from the highest-quality grapes in the region Côtes de Provence, it was designed not just to serve as an aperitif wine, but also to pair with fine cuisine.
Pale pink in colour, with strong aromas of red berries and with hints of nectarine and citrus. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and and a juicy, creamy palate. The finish is elegant and long, with traces of salinity.
