The new sparkling wine from family Šember`s cellar. The name indicates the age of the vineyard at the time of the harvest.
It is an old vineyard that was planted in 1922 with some old, local grape varieties from Plešivica (plavec, kraljevina, belina, veltlinec) and some other varieties traditionally planted in this region. The wine was aged for thirty months on lees. It has hight acidity, light to medium body and lively bubbles.
Compared to previous edition (Baba Draga 96), it is much richer with more pronounced autolytic aromas.
It was produced in a limited series so do not miss to try this Šember's cellar pearl.
