Blanc de Noirs from Šember Winery is their first sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. It is a vintage from 2018 produced using the traditional method and an extra brut. After the fermentation, the wine is aged in 500-liter wooden barrels. Rich and vibrant, with pleasant minerality and freshness and lots of aroma of red berry fruits.
