Šember's wine with an interesting name 5th generation represents a long-term family tradition of wine production. A symbol behind the number five represents five grape varieties out of which the wine is made: Rhine Riesling, Chardonnay, White Pinot, Žuti plavec and Roter Veltliner. Except that it represents five varieties, it also represents the fifth and the joungest family generation that also produces wine. Fermentation is done in amphoras, after which the wine is aged in wooden barrels. The wine has pronounced aromas and notes of ripe fruit.
