A new spring refreshment come from Tilia, in the form of brut nature sparkling wine. It is produced from 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir using the traditional method, pressing whole bunches and joint fermentation of both varieties in one tank. After two months of mixing on fine lees, a second fermentation of 45 days followed, and then aging on the lees for 12 months. The dégorgement was done without the addition of expedition liquor and sulfur.
The result is a sparkling wine with a delicate pink color and lively reflections. Fruity and floral aromas such as fresh berries and roses are felt on the nose. In the mouth it is dry, very fresh, with small, fine and permanent bubbles. The overall experience is completed by already perceptible tertiary notes of dried apples.
