Collefrisio In & Out is a wine made from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grape.The copper-colored carp that comes out of its body of water is a play between full and empty spaces, yin and yang, a symbol of positivity and a good omen.
The grapes were picked by hand, and after the careful selection follows the long maceration on the skins.The ageing is done in barrique for 24 months and then in bottle for 10 months.
Dark garnet-red color with purple hues. The bouquet shows aromas of berries, pomegranate, violet, black truffle and hints of spices. Elegant on the palate, full-bodied and with velvety tannins. The finish is elegant and persistent, filled with berry flavors. A wine for meditation and enjoyment.
