In & Out Black Edition is made entirely from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes. The harvest involves a careful selection of the best grapes. After the grapes are harvested at the beginning of November, they are destemmed and pressed. This is followed by maceration on the skins for a minimum of four weeks and a long refinement in barique for 24 months, followed by a further period of one year in the bottle.
The wine has a very intense garnet red colour. The olfactory profile brings out notes of pomegranate, cherry and berries as well as violets and spices. On the palate it is velvety, with great persistence, and a very long, concentrated finish.
