This wine is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The vines are grown in vineyards between Buxy and Saint Gengoux le National. Primarily, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and later in oak barrels. The period in the barrels depends on the harvest. Pale golden color, on the nose dominate citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit, followed by notes of honey and hawthorn. On the palate, the wine is elegant and vibrant with a pronounced and long-lasting finish.
