The grapes for Crozes-Hermitage White come from granite and gravel soils and is made out of the Marsanne and Roussanne varieties. Harvesting is done by hand, and the wine is aged on fine lees for eight months. It opens with pleasant floral aromas complemented by subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, the wine is rich, creamy, and elegant, with a long and pronounced finish.
