Pošip Royal is made from the indigenous Dalmatian Pošip grape, carefully produced through grape selection and aged for about one year in 500-liter Slavonian oak barrels. The vineyards in Petrčane near Zadar benefit from a favorable climate, allowing optimal grape ripeness under the influence of Mediterranean sun and wind. In the glass, it presents a powerful, full body, beautifully balanced with freshness, while the subtle oak from the barrels enhances the fruit notes. Its color is golden yellow with elegant shades, and the nose reveals delicate aromas of apricot, peach, grapefruit, vanilla, and fig, with hints of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine displays juiciness, ripe fruit, and a subtle touch of oak without overwhelming influence, resulting in a harmonious experience. The texture is rich yet elegant, with a pleasant finish. The wine exudes the character of this native variety, highlighting fruit complexity and minerality shaped by the Mediterranean terroir.
