A refined blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, and gently dried Crljenak, this wine embodies exceptional elegance and a distinct Mediterranean character. Carefully selected grape varieties reveal abundant aromas of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and plums, complemented by refined spicy nuances, while subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs and cocoa unfold in the background. The gently dried Crljenak adds depth, concentration, and a velvety texture, enhancing the wine's complexity and richness. The ageing process was meticulously designed to preserve the varietal expression while achieving remarkable balance. A portion of the wine was matured in French oak barrels, imparting elegant notes of vanilla and sweet spices, while the remainder was aged in two-year-old Hungarian and Slavonian oak barrels, contributing finesse, roundness, and delicate spicy nuances without allowing the oak to dominate.
