Šember Pavel is a “single vineyard” sparkling wine in the tradition of the best sparkling wines made using the traditional method. Unique and inimitable, it is, in the sense of the terroir, an expression of the Pavel vineyard. The authenticity of this wine, however, is equally owed to the winemaker Šember, who makes some of the most popular sparkling wines on the domestic market, as well as to the vineyard and the site it comes from.
