Bols Blue, the original Blue Curacao, was and still is the world’s bestselling Blue Curacao. It is one of the oldest recipes in the modern Bols Liqueur range and was known in the 19th Century as “Crème de Cielâ€. Even though the color is blue, the flavor is orange.
Margarita Azul:
Ingredients: 45ml Bols Blue, 25ml Tequila Blanco, 25ml fresh lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup
Garnish with lime wheel and serve in Margarita glass.
