Elderflower Collins
Ingredients: 30ml Bols Elderflower, 30ml Bols Genever, 30ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, top up with Fever-Tree Soda water
Shake all ingredients, except the soda water, with ice and strain in a glass over cubed ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
