Bols Cherry is a deep cherry-red liqueur using fresh cherries from Eastern Europe, where cherry brandy has long been a tradition. The cherry’s stone, its kernel, is crushed, giving Bols Cherry a faint amaretto flavor. Extracts of various selected herbs and spices produce a well-balanced liqueur. Bols Cherry gives the cocktail a trendy pink color and can be used in many cocktails like Singapore Sling, Cherry Cobbler or Cherry Sour.
Cherry Sour
Ingredients: 60ml Bols Cherry Brandy, 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 15 ml sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients in a shaker along with ice. Finely strain into a pre-chilled Sour glass. Garnish with cherries and orange peel.
