A novelty in our offer is the Zelen label of the Tilia winery. Monovarietal wine made of the indigenous Vipava Valley variety Zelen is a true spring refreshment. The grapes come from the flysch soil vineyard. All the work in the vineyard, including harvesting, is done by manually. Cold maceration was followed by 3 months of aging using the batonage method. The wine is straw-yellow in color with accentuated greenish shades. On the nose it is gentle, with varietal aromas of herbs, grass, white flowers, apples and pears. In the mouth is fresh, mineral, rich in extract and well balanced.
