Tilia Casanova rosé is created as a blend of Merlot (80%) in combination with Barbera (15%) and Pinot Noir (5%). The grapes for it are picked early, then gently pressed and fermented. Follows the active batonage (mixing on yeasts) and then aging in stainless steel tanks. This dry rosé has a lively salmon color that resembles the elegant classics of Provance rosés. The nose is dominated by aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and red currant with hints of red rose. On the palate, the aromas of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries appear as well elegant notes of red grapefruit. The wine is dominated by freshness, it is nicely rounded and rich with flavors of red fruit.
