Another excellent rosé comes from the Marrenon winery. The blend is dominated by 60% of grenache, while merlot and syrah are represented with 20% each. From harvesting to bottling, everything is subject to the preservation of the aroma and the beautiful Provencal color. Harvesting is done at night, and the entire production process completely prevents contact with the oxygen. The extraction is fast, the contact of the juice with the grape skin is minimal, and the result is a bright salmon color wine with wonderful pink reflections. The nose is extremely citrusy with a hint of floral aromas. In the mouth is elegant, tasty and long-lasting with a wonderful Mediterranean charm. It is fresh and delicate, excellent choice for hot summer days.
