Viognier is an aromatic variety which favors sites with cooler climate. Les Grains, a site where pinot noir is grown, is located at an altitude of about 400 meters and belongs to the "terroir d'altitude". Extra care and effort are invested in preserving the varietal characteristics of viognier by harvesting at night and fermenting at a reduced temperature. That is why this wine has pronounced fruity-floral aromas. Fresh and elegant. Its color is ripe yellow lemon, with pronounced fruit and apricot flowers on the nose and in the mouth.
