GREEN BANANA COLLINS
Ingredients:
25ml Bols Green Banana
35ml Bols Genever 21
30ml Fresh lemon juice
Soda water
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients with ice, except the soda water, and strain in a highball glass over cubed ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
