Rich flavour of vanilla is combined with citrus, chocolate and almondy taste of crushed apricot kernels. Its colour is light-gold while Bourbon vanilla provides creamy taste and texture.
VANILLA SOUR
Ingredients:
60ml Bols Vanilla
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Egg white
Angostura Bitters
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients to emulsify the cocktail. Add ice and shake again to cool, strain in a rocks glass filled with cubed ice. Add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters and garnish with a lemon twist.
