The best Graševina from Goveđa Glava appellation was selected for this unusual, but truly special wine. The grapes were picked by hand, in a 33-year-old vineyard, during a regular harvest. Maceration, aging on the lees, the use of barrique barrels, and long enough aging in the bottle for the wine to mature and connect completely, resulted in a beautiful amber wine of high gastronomic value. Along with the intense fragrant aromas of yellow and orange fruits such as apricot, peach and ripe apple, candied fruit also appears in the mouth. The wine is soft, rounded, elegant and very lively. A different expression of Graševina with which you can explore the endless world of wine and food pairings.
